PLAN THE RIGHT ORDER

Custom padel gift sets.
A thoughtful starting point.

Choosing a racket and bag bundle is about more than adding a cover. Think through who receives the set, how it will be presented, and which surfaces need your branding. Then compare the complete cost before you approve.

01

New-member welcome sets

Plan one racket and protective bag for each new member. A club crest gives the set a consistent identity while a plain bag keeps the presentation simple. If you want the branding visible when the racket is covered, request optional bag printing.

02

Company and client gifts

Think about how the recipient will take the gift home, as well as how the artwork looks on court. The included cover makes the set a practical pairing. Keep extra presentation packaging separate from the standard bundle when preparing your budget.

03

Tournament participant packs

Build the quantity around confirmed participants, hosts, and any sponsor allocation. Give one person responsibility for the final artwork approval. If the racket and bag will both be printed, review them as two separate placements within one coordinated design.

04

Resort and country-club collections

A restrained wordmark can connect the racket to the rest of your guest experience. Choose whether the set will stay on property or leave with the guest; that decision helps you plan quantities, distribution, and whether a bag logo is worth adding.

TWO OPTIONS. ONE CUSTOM DESIGN.

Racket only
or racket with a bag?

The racket construction and color choices are the same. The decision is whether each person needs a protective bag, and whether you want that bag printed too.

BUDGET WITH THE FULL PICTURE

Plan your bulk order.
Know what to allow for.

Quantity pricing is based on a single design. Compare your actual requirement with the next price break: a lower price per unit does not always mean a lower overall spend. If several departments or sponsors are involved, agree on one final artwork version before using the calculator as your budget.

For a gift program, include one complete set for every recipient. The standard price already includes the plain bag; allow separately for a bag logo, any additional presentation materials, shipping, and tax.

FROM FIRST IDEA TO FINAL APPROVAL

How to order
your custom racket sets.

Use the preview to explore. Use your quote and final mockup to confirm exactly what will be produced. Creating or saving a design does not place an order.

  1. Choose the order

Select the racket option, physical color, and quantity. Note the number of artwork versions and whether you need a logo printed on the bag. Check who needs to approve the design on your side.

  2. Build your mockup

Upload a logo in the designer on this page, choose the printed background, and review front and back. Continue into the full studio to save and share. Keep your original artwork files ready for the team.

  3. Request a confirmed quote

Send quantity, artwork, delivery ZIP code, and required arrival date through the contact page. Contact details are available here on Custom Padel USA. Include a shared design link if you created one.

  4. Approve, then print

Confirm spelling, placement, colors, and final charges before approval and payment. Standard printing takes 3–5 business days after those steps. Add shipping transit and allow time for any artwork revisions.

Working toward an opening day or tournament? Use the event planner to organize the dates, then confirm the schedule with the team. Do not treat a planning estimate as a delivery guarantee.

ADD YOUR LOGO. MAKE IT YOURS.

Your design.
Every detail considered.

Try the mockup maker
01

Start with your artwork

Upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP in the studio. For production, vector AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF artwork is preferred; high-resolution raster files can also be reviewed.

02

Respect the print area

Use the racket face and flat triangle front. Holes and the triangle opening stay clear; recessed inner walls, handle, and grip are not printed.

03

Approve your mockup

Review placement and colors before printing. On-screen previews are a guide, not a color guarantee. Bag printing needs its own placement approval and quote.

A better file makes a better starting point.

Before you send your design, work through these checks. They help the team understand your intent and keep small artwork problems from becoming approval delays.

  • Use the original logo. A screenshot of a website or social profile may look sharp on a phone but lose detail when enlarged. Keep the highest-quality original you have.
  • Check the background. Transparent artwork lets the chosen face color show through. If your file has a white rectangle behind the logo, decide whether that is intentional.
  • Leave breathing room. Check letters, thin lines, and small sponsor logos near the holes and outer edge. Do not use the overall racket dimensions as a rectangular print template.
  • Review both faces. Make sure the back is intentional, whether it repeats the front or carries another layout. Physical white or black frame color is separate from printed artwork color.
  • Include your references. Send exact spelling, brand color references, and any placement notes. Only supply artwork you have permission to reproduce.
  • Approve the final version. A studio preview is a useful starting point, not production approval. Review optional bag printing separately from the racket.

frequently asked questions.

Find answers about pricing, print files, product options, and timing. For a question specific to your artwork or order, contact our team through our Custom Padel USA contact page.

Ordering & pricing

What comes with a custom padel racket and bag?

Each set pairs a fiberglass racket carrying your artwork with one plain black protective bag. Choose white or black for the racket frame and grip. Printing on the bag is an optional extra, not part of the displayed unit price.

How much does a custom racket and bag set cost?

The price is $69.99 per bundle for 10–24, falling to $59.99 at 500 or more. Add $50.00 setup for each design/artwork, plus shipping and tax. The quantity calculator includes one setup fee. Optional bag printing needs a separate quote.

Can I order a small batch of racket gift sets?

The standard minimum is 10 bundles using the same design. Start with your confirmed recipient count, then consider any additional sets for late registrations or hosts. Ask the team to quote mixed designs separately.

Can I order a sample or personalize every racket?

Samples below the standard minimum, individual names, and multiple artwork versions need review before pricing is confirmed. Send the number of designs and quantity of each. Do not assume the single-design price applies to a personalized or mixed-design run.

Does using the mockup maker place an order?

No. The studio lets you explore and save a design without signing in; it does not take payment or submit a production order. Use the contact page to send your requirements to the team. Printing follows final mockup approval and payment.

Is the bag logo included in the set price?

The included bag is plain black. If you want a bag logo, describe the placement and provide that artwork when requesting your quote. Ask for the bag-print charge and its mockup to be included before approving the order.

Artwork & mockups

Which artwork files should I upload?

The online studio accepts PNG, JPEG, and WebP images up to 10 MB. A transparent PNG is helpful for placing a logo without a rectangular background. Keep your original vector AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF available for the production team; these formats are not uploaded directly into the studio.

How do I make my logo readable around the holes?

Try a larger, simplified mark and leave room around small lettering. Review the actual holes in the preview rather than designing as if the face were solid. Move fine details away from openings, and check both racket faces at a useful size before approval.

Can the inside of the triangle or the handle be printed?

No. Artwork belongs on the flat playing face and flat front of the triangle. The holes, triangle opening, recessed inner walls, frame sidewalls, handle, and grip stay unprinted. The three-dimensional preview helps you see where the printable front stops.

Can I preview both sides of my custom racket?

Yes. Use the front and back controls in the studio. You can apply a background color to both sides and copy artwork across, or work on each face individually. Include both views with your request so the team can confirm the final print scope and setup.

What is the difference between racket color and background color?

Racket color chooses the white or black physical frame and matching grip. Background color is part of the printed artwork on the face. Choosing a colored background does not recolor the grip, inner throat walls, or the rest of the unprinted racket.

Will the printed colors exactly match my screen?

A screen preview is a placement and design guide, not a promise of an exact printed color. Supply your brand color references and flag any color-critical details. Confirm reproduction with the team and approve the final mockup before production rather than judging color from a screenshot alone.

Product & delivery

Is this a carbon fiber racket or a fiberglass racket?

This product uses fiberglass playing faces around an EVA foam core. It is not sold as a carbon fiber model. The teardrop head is perforated, with an open triangular throat; it is padel equipment rather than a solid-face pickleball paddle.

Is the bag the same color as the racket?

The protective bag is black whether you choose a white or black racket. It is a cover for the racket, not a full equipment holdall. If you need other items to fit, ask for confirmation before planning your gift packaging around it.

Are the rackets manufactured in the USA?

The customization is printed in the USA. The blank rackets are sourced internationally. “Printed in the USA” describes where your artwork is applied; it should not be read as a claim that the entire racket is manufactured domestically.

Does 3–5 business days include shipping?

No. The standard production window starts after final mockup approval and payment. Shipping transit is additional, as is time spent preparing or revising artwork. Give the team your required delivery date and destination before committing to an event schedule.

What if I need my order for a specific event?

Provide the date the gift sets must be in your hands, not just the event date. Include quantity, delivery ZIP code, and any special printing. Ask for a confirmed schedule; the event planner is a planning aid, not a guaranteed arrival date or rush-service booking.

Are these rackets certified for my tournament?

No event certification is claimed on this product page. If the rackets will be used in competition, check with the organizer about equipment requirements before ordering. Do not treat a product preview, material description, or promotional design as tournament approval.
